Abstract

Azadirachta indica, a member of the Meliaceae family, is primarily grown in India. Humans utilize it widely to treat a variety of illnesses. Eighty percent of people in underdeveloped nations rely on neem trees, according to a poll that is employed as a medical medication. Ayurvedic medicine, which is a Homeopathic and Unani style of medicine, uses this medicinal plant to treat a variety of illnesses. Azadirachta indica, the scientific name for this plant, is taken from Persian and means "free tree of India." Antimicrobial, antioxidant, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, insecticidal, wound healing, anticancer, antibacterial, antimalarial, in dentistry, CVS, anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, and hepatoprotective properties are the primary biological activity listed in this review. The purpose of this review study was to demonstrate Azadirachta indica's therapeutic qualities.
